Agreement
These terms apply when your team uses Runlance. By creating a workspace, you accept them on behalf of your organization.
Using the service
Use Runlance for lawful work only. Connect only the sources you are allowed to access, and keep a person in the review step wherever results go to customers or the public.
Accounts and billing
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Liability
Runlance drafts results, and your team decides what to use. We are not liable for decisions based on output nobody reviewed, except where the law does not allow this limit.
Changes and contact
We announce changes to these terms by email 30 days before they apply. For questions about these terms, use the contact form.
