Docs Hub connects Runlance to your docs tool, where most teams keep project pages, specs and meeting notes. Agents read only the spaces and pages you allow, pull the parts that matter for a request and cite each one, so every brief can be checked in a click.

What always needs approval: every draft, before it is shared outside the workflow.
Permissions are set per space. You can give one workflow access to engineering specs and another to team meeting notes, without either seeing the other. The activity log shows which pages were read on each run.
When a page is out of date, fix it in your docs tool and replay the run. The next draft uses the updated page, and you can compare both versions side by side.
