Project tracking
Issue Tracker
Turn open tickets and sprint changes into a short status update for the team.
Issue Tracker connects Runlance to the projects where your team plans and tracks work. Agents read ticket titles, status changes and comments from the projects you allow. They group related work, flag what is blocked and draft a short status update with each ticket cited.
What the agent reads: tickets, status changes and comments in selected projects.
What it drafts: sprint summaries, weekly status updates and lists of blocked work.
What always needs approval: every update before it is shared, and any comment added to a ticket.
You choose which ticket fields matter. Some teams care about priority and owner, others about labels and due dates. Narrowing the fields keeps the draft focused and easier to review.
Workflows can start on a schedule or when a sprint closes. If a summary looks wrong, the activity log shows which tickets were read, and you can replay the run after correcting a status.
