Calendar

Collect meeting notes and deadlines so every brief knows what is coming up.

Calendar connects Runlance to the calendars you share, so every brief knows what is coming up. Agents read event titles and dates. They never read private event descriptions unless you allow it for a specific calendar.

  • What the agent reads: event titles, dates and, if allowed, descriptions on shared calendars.

  • What it drafts: lists of upcoming deadlines, meeting prep notes and reminders inside briefings.

  • What always needs approval: any brief or reminder before it is shared with the team.

Calendar events can also start workflows. A review meeting on Thursday can trigger a prep brief on Wednesday afternoon, built from the docs and tickets linked to that project.

You decide which events count as deadlines, such as only events with a certain keyword in the title. Agents do not create, move or cancel events. They read and report, and a person stays in charge of the schedule.
